Who is Dr.Jill?
Hi there! I’m a certified Master Life Coach with over 20 years of experience as a school psychologist. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with women from all walks of life. Through these experiences, I've noticed a common thread: many of us, despite our incredible qualities, strengths, and ambitions, sometimes find ourselves feeling off track. More often than not, these moments stem from high levels of stress that can cloud our judgment and hinder our ability to move forward.
That's why I founded Strong Women Forward—a life coaching practice dedicated to helping women reduce stress and reconnect with their inner strength and resilience. My goal is to work with you one-on-one to develop a personalized plan that helps you manage stress while achieving your goals.
A little about my journey: While every woman’s path is unique, we all share common stressors that can throw us off course and interfere with our dreams. I’ve personally faced challenges like anxiety, loneliness, depression, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and fear—often tied to issues like relationships, career decisions, loss, finances, family conflict, and health concerns.
I’m also living with several autoimmune disorders, with some symptoms present my entire life, while other symptoms come and go, often unpredictably. These conditions have presented their own set of challenges, including infertility and connective tissue problems. Through my autoimmune journey, educational training, and career experiences, I’ve developed strategies to manage stress and navigate life's ups and downs. I’m passionate about sharing these strategies with you in a way that’s tailored to your unique circumstances, so you can build a toolkit of resilience that helps you stay on track no matter what life throws your way.
